WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SHANTNU NIKHIL ACCEPT?

You can pay for your order using Cash on Delivery (COD), Internet Banking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Debit Cards and IMPS.

Payment options available may vary depending on the product, order value and delivery location.

IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders below ₹50,000, subject to serviceability at your delivery location.

COD is currently available only for domestic deliveries and is not offered for international orders.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

For S&N by Shantnu Nikhil and SNCC, we endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. Domestic orders are delivered free of charge and are generally delivered within 4–7 business days, excluding public holidays.

For Couture, pieces are made to order and take around 4–6 weeks for production. Delivery may take an additional 4–7 days, depending on your location. Shipping charges for Couture orders are complimentary.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and our logistics partner.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.

You can use these details to track your shipment and view the latest delivery updates.

DOES SHANTNU NIKHIL SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can deliver to only one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

IS DELIVERY INSURED?

All orders are insured by SHANTNU NIKHIL during transit until they are delivered to you or collected.

At the time of delivery or collection, a confirmation of receipt is required. Once the order has been received and the delivery has been acknowledged, responsibility for the products passes to the recipient.

If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, including in the case of a gift, the signature will be considered confirmation of delivery and fulfilment of the order.
